牡蠣ファンのみんな、たべてる？今週の日曜かきフライヤーズはいつも通り（セカウマな）チャレンジ牡蠣メニューもだすけど、テーマは「牡蠣アクセ」なんだ。牡蠣殻っていろいろ凄いんだよ。肥料…ファンデーション…インコのエサ…カルシウムサプリ…水質浄化材…アサリ飼料…。そして牡蠣はね、その殻ですべてがわかる。品種とか育ちとか、それこそ安全かどうかも。そこからたくさんの物語が視えてくるんだ。
